Contractual Agreements

The LAW states that once a WRITTEN Agreement has been entered into, either by Signature or an Electronic Button Online, that NOTHING can supersede these rules, unless a WRITTEN Addendum has been made and agreed to by both parties.

Our procedure for exercising any dispute is governed by our Online Agreement, located at www.phinc.biz/agreement.htm - This is the contract you agreed to when you purchased the service from us, and each and every time you entered your Store Manager, you must agree to the terms again. Therefore we do NOT accepted and excuses for breeching these procedures within the agreement.

Paragraph 2 Section 10: You may cancel at anytime thereafter, after providing us with a 30 days written notice and using the proper online cancellation form.usellcorp.com/pdf/cancellationform.pdf. You MUST get a Confirmation Number to be valid. You can obtain this number by calling or submitting a ticket. If paying by credit card at sign up and your credit card declines, P.H.C.™ will then attempt to you by phone and ask for a different type of payment

Within our agreement, we are very specific to what procedures take place according to your actions to honor your commitment.

We have also taken the necessary steps within the agreement to protect ourselves from clients who wish to circumvent our procedures. One issue is Charge Backs, and as per agreement you WILL be charged $300.00 per charge back you submit, see Section 15 of the Online Agreement.

If you fail to sign and fax a COMPLETED Cancellation Form, we can and will charge you for up to one year of Hosting, see section 9 paragraph 3, and also charge you an additional collections fee of $250.00 see section 16 of the Online Agreement. We also have a $10.00 per month per late invoice fee that will be added to your total amount.

Now that we have POINTED out these certain terms can affect you, please follow the procedure you had agreed to by faxing us a Cancellation Form to 920-268-0556.

This email is designed to give you fair warning in regards to our agreement, and inform you that the BEST solution is to follow our procedures and END any future costs to you.
